Gorgeous peasant style blouse from CeCe in black and white gingham. Has a sweet floral pattern mixed in as well. Puffed shoulders, 3/4 sleeves with elastic gathers in two places for a really sweet look. Can be worn on the shoulder as I've shown or off.
Excellent preowned condition. No issues to note. 100% poly. Very silky. Elastic all round the neckline too. Size medium officially but its loose enough that I'm sure it'd work for a large too, see measurements.
